The rooms at Bizkar combine tradition and modernity, opening the interiors to the landscape surrounding the farmhouse. Simple and carefully designed décor, with noble materials such as stone, iron, and wood, creates spacious and bright spaces designed to be enjoyed with calm.
Each space has been designed to offer comfort and serenity, in harmony with the meadow and the views that surround the house. Geothermal heating, underfloor heating, and the ventilation system ensure constant comfort throughout the year.
Bizkar has two suites that, like the rest of the rooms, combine the sobriety of the original farmhouse with the warmth of a contemporary interior. They feature spacious and bright spaces with extensive views of the nature surrounding the farmhouse, designed to deepen the feeling of peace and calm.

Bizkar has 4 double rooms decorated with simplicity that offer great comfort due to the spaciousness of the spaces. They are always exterior rooms from which you can appreciate the beauty of the location where the farmhouse is situated.

Designed for groups of up to 16 people, these rooms allow shared accommodation while maintaining the same care and equipment as the double rooms. Their orientation offers views of the sea to the north and Mount Pagoeta and Olarteta to the south.

In addition to the bathrooms integrated into the suites, Bizkar has three additional bathrooms: one on the ground floor, adapted for people with reduced mobility, and two on the first floor, one in each wing of rooms. Spacious, exterior, and decorated with simplicity and elegance, they have everything necessary for guests’ comfort.

The kitchen at Bizkar offers a wide variety of possibilities, from cooking for a small group to enjoying a gastronomic society-type experience, organizing cooking courses, or using the kitchen as a team-building space. For the lazier ones, it is also the ideal place to finish preparing dishes ordered from Bizkar by Tidore and plate them. Cooking, sharing a wine around the island while some cook and others snack is one of the most pleasant moments the farmhouse offers.

The meeting room is integrated into the open space on the ground floor, next to the kitchen-dining room. It features a 2 × 2 meter solid oak square table with capacity for 12 people. From the table, you can see a large format 4 × 2 meter screen without obstacles. The space has a projection system, sound, and a hub for connecting laptops. The entire system is connected to the internet to facilitate presentations and meetings.

Being great cinema enthusiasts, the farmhouse has a large format screen (4 × 2 meters) on which to project films. A projector installed on the ceiling, the sound system, and wired internet connection guarantee good image and audio quality, transforming the lounge into an authentic cinema room.

The first floor has an open space of about 80 m² distributed in three areas. The first accommodates a lounge with a television; the second, an open rest space ideal for practicing yoga peacefully; and the third has a round table 1.8 meters in diameter, suitable for meetings, next to a library that invites reading.

Above the second bay of the first floor is a lounge of about 25 m², a cozy space ideal for resting or reading. From here you can enjoy some of the widest views of the farmhouse and closely contemplate the solid oak fork that supports the ridge beam, where the date of its reconstruction in 1779 is preserved.

Around Bizkar extends a small half-hectare forest, populated with oaks, beeches, and some cherry trees. The wind, always present, shapes its landscape and favors a natural environment full of life.
Among the trees live numerous bird species, whose song accompanies the daily life of the farmhouse, notably the txantxangorri or robin.

According to historical studies by Aranzadi, Bizkar has been sculpting the landscape of Gipuzkoa since the second half of the 15th century. In this section we will share documents, memories, and new findings that allow us to better understand its history.
After its recovery and rehabilitation, the farmhouse continues to generate new perspectives and events that show how it is inhabited today. To these stories are added the voices of those who have lived it, whose testimonies complete the living narrative of Bizkar.

The natural environment of Bizkar offers a unique variety of landscapes and experiences. From the trails of Pagoeta Natural Park to the Iturraran Botanical Garden, passing through open beaches for surfing in Zarautz, horseback riding through forests or paragliding flights over the hills. A living territory that invites you to explore at your own pace.

The gastronomy surrounding Bizkar combines Basque tradition, local produce and great culinary experiences. From the grills of Aia and Orio to the cider houses of Hernani, passing through reference wineries in Álava such as Remelluri, Altún or Luis Cañas. A territory to calmly enjoy authentic flavors.

The cultural environment of Bizkar brings together heritage, art and unique spaces: from the Agorregi forge and the sculptural universe of Chillida Leku, to maritime projects such as Albaola or contemporary centers such as Tabakalera. Very close by, reference museums in Donostia and Bilbao complete a wide and diverse offer.
